About Us
All Sum It Up Programs are designed and taught by certified teachers with years of classroom experience. We are familiar with area curricula and motivational techniques for young learners. This summer will be our 8th summer providing academic enrichment for area students.

Vicki Mostrom
Vicki Mostrom, Founder and Director, began Sum It Up 8 years ago to fulfill the need for affordable academic enrichment and support for students in Montgomery County. She is a certified teacher who taught in Montgomery County Public Schools for 6 years and has held a number of leadership roles. In addition, she has been providing private tutoring services for many years. She is familiar with area curricula and best practices for young learners.
Nadine Shrager
Nadine Shrager, NBCT, Assistant Director, is a certified teacher with 15 years of teaching experience. She has taught for 10 years in Montgomery County Public Schools and 5 years in Fairfax County Public Schools in grades 1,3,4,7, and 8 Over her years of teaching, she has been a trainer in curriculum implementation and has been involved in a variety of curriculum development projects. Her familiarity with state standards and curriculum has allowed her to both identify with students learners and assess their needs.
